About the event
Continue building foundational skills such as stopping, gaining speed, and most importantly, how to fall safely. Then learn some of Myesha’s signature styles ranging from backwards skating to JB style, spins and freestyle skate. We’ll provide the skates!
Class A | 10:30AM – 12:00PM
Class B | 12:30PM – 2:00PM
Masks are now optional during class.
Myesha McCaskill has always surrounded herself with her community, advocating for youth and adults through fitness in Chicago. Myesha developed her love of skating over the last 28 years and is a true talent on wheels. So much so, she was featured in Showtime’s drama series The Chi and the wildly popular documentary, United Skates. In 2021 Myesha became officially sponsored by Reidell!
Myesha’s motivation and drive to push Chicago skate culture forward is incredibly admirable. We can’t wait for you to meet her.
