This week, host Myesha McCaskill of Inspired by Favor Organization will show us the fundamentals of rollerskating. Myesha (currently known as SmoothGoddess) has developed her love of skating and fitness through hard work and dedication for the last 31 years. Myesha’s motivation and drive to push Chicago's and the world skate culture forward through fitness was stemmed from years of adversity to learn, understand, and perfect the Chicago JB Style, roller dance and freestyle skating.
